We've had and used this rack for 2-ish years in my daughter's room; it was great and lasted well! We removed them to paint the wall, and part of the screw hole broke off, so we couldn't reattach it to the wall. I purchased a replacement - same listing on amazon, same item - and it's slightly different, so the screw holes don't match. The new one is slightly less curved, and slightly shorter; both are downgrades, in my opinion. I was able to create a new hole and install the new one, but wanted to add this caution to anyone else looking for an exact replacement!Holes didn’t match upBought 2 of these 4-peg wall racks to hang coffee mugs beneath the kitchen cupboards. Each rack came with its required hardware, including those plastic screw mount cap things so that you don't need to install onto studs. The hardware also included little bamboo caps for the 2 screw holes for you to plug the hole with post installation. Makes for a better overall aesthetic, and I was pleased to see their inclusion. The other thing I was pleased to note, was that each peg is held to the base with a wood screw all the way through. To my understanding, that means a sturdier product, with less chance of the bamboo pegs breaking off.Installation under my cabinets was a breeze. Another item of note -- the rack has a gentle slope on its facing side. I didn't realize that when I purchased the item; frankly, it still doesn't make a difference --IMO-- but perhaps it helps keep the mugs from banging on one another. *shrug* The color of the wood also goes well with the oak cabinets in the kitchen. And speaking of mugs (and I'll upload a photo), as I said, each holds 4 average (as in not jumbo) mugs. On one rack, I have 4 Fiesta mugs (each holds 10 1/4 ounces, and have a height of 3 1/2 Inches & diameter of 3 5/8 Inches according to the Fiesta website) and they fit beautifully on this rack. The other rack holds 4 custom-made "typical" mugs, and they fit fine, just not as perfectly as those Fiesta mugs with the little round finger handle.I am very pleased with this product and will definitely purchase again as a gift or if I need another mug rack in the future.Hope this helps. :-)Originally, I purchased this little, 4 peg, rack with the intention of hanging it in my toddler's room for him to use. Upon seeing it, I don't think that's a wise idea. This is a LIGHT WEIGHT rack. I'm pretty certain that my almost 2 year old, nick named, "Samson," would have it off the wall, and/or in pieces, in no time. Don't get me wrong, it is well made and well designed. Very attractive! What you cannot see in the photo, is that the rack has a nice arch to it. (Back is flat and lies flush to the wall, front has .5" depth at either end, center is 1"). The pegs are a smooth, spool shape, without any notches or bobbles/balls on the ends. Which I quite like. The finish is not a bright, WHITE-white. It's a little softer and has what appears to be a satin finish. From my perspective, regarding design/appearance, this rack far exceeds what I found at Home Depot, Lowes, K-mart, Bi-Mart, etc. I just don't think it was meant to tolerate any "heavy lifting," so to speak. It looks great in my kitchen, holding my 1950's apron collection.Product arrived quickly and fits the description. However when hanging it, the phillips-head wood screws stripped almost immediately upon encountering resistance. I had to use an extractor to remove them, and replace with better hardware. For the money, I didn't expect the screws to fail so easily. They were exactly what I needed. I hung it vertically in my exercise room and the peg spacing were perfect to hang the finger strengthener hand resistance bands that I ordered from Amazon. I think is would also be great for hanging keys or clothing like light jackets. There's not much to say about this. It's a simple wooden peg rack and does what it's meant to, and at an affordable price. I rate it 4 instead of 5 stars because the pegs themselves are too thick for more delicate mugs/cups to hang from--you won't be able to hang teacups from this, for example--and because the pegs are so close together that hanging more than 2 mugs, unless they're very squat, would risk chipping. That said, it's decent and it provides a nice accessory to my kitchen decor.works decent
